The Unified Inbox aggregates emails from all your connected accounts (Gmail, Outlook, IMAP) into a single view. It syncs emails in real-time and groups conversations into threads for easy context.

Email Sync
How Sync Works
- Real-time sync: New emails appear within minutes

Threading
Conversation Threads
Emails are automatically grouped into threads based on:
- Message-ID and References headers
- Subject line matching
- Participant matching
Thread View
- See all messages in a conversation at once
- Expand/collapse individual messages
- View attachments across the thread
- See participant list and timestamps
Campaign Context
When viewing replies to campaign emails, you'll see which campaign and sequence step the reply is connected to. This helps you understand the conversation context.

Quick Filters
- Unread: Show only unread messages
- Starred: Show starred/important messages
- Has attachment: Filter to emails with files
- By account: Filter to specific email account
- By date: Today, this week, this month, custom
Saved Searches
Save frequently used searches for quick access. Click the save icon after searching to create a saved filter. Access saved searches from the sidebar.
Actions
Email Actions
- Reply: Respond to the sender (syncs to email provider)
- Reply All: Respond to all participants
- Forward: Send to another recipient
- Archive: Remove from inbox view
- Delete: Move to trash
- Mark as Read/Unread: Toggle read status
- Star: Mark as important
Contact Actions
- Add Tag: Apply tags to the contact
- Add to Campaign: Enroll in a campaign
- Create Task: Create follow-up reminder
- View Contact: Open full contact profile
Bulk Actions
Select multiple conversations to perform actions in bulk: archive, mark as read, apply tags, or delete. Use checkbox selection or Shift+click for range selection.
Contact Context
Contact Panel
When viewing an email, the contact panel shows:
- Contact name and email
- Company and phone (if available)
- Tags and custom fields
- Lead score and tier
- Recent activity timeline
- Campaign enrollment status
Activity Timeline
See a chronological view of all interactions with the contact: emails sent and received, opens, clicks, campaign enrollments, and tag changes.
