We want you to be completely satisfied with Mailneo. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription.

The 7-day period starts from the date of your initial subscription payment. Requests made after 7 days will be subject to our prorated refund policy.

Prorated Refunds for Annual Plans

If you subscribed to an annual plan and decide to cancel after the 7-day money-back guarantee period, you're eligible for a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription.

How Prorated Refunds Work:

  • We calculate the number of full months remaining in your annual subscription
  • You'll receive a refund for the unused months at the monthly subscription rate
  • Any discount received for annual billing is deducted from the refund

Example Calculation

If you purchased a Professional annual plan ($290/year) and cancel after 3 months:

  • • Monthly rate: $29/month
  • • Used time: 3 months × $29 = $87
  • • Remaining value: $290 - $87 = $203
  • • Prorated refund: $203

Important Information

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Monthly subscriptions after the 7-day guarantee period (can be cancelled anytime but no refund)
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Add-on services or overage charges
  • Custom/Enterprise plans (subject to contract terms)

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days
  • Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period

Cancellation vs. Refund:

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but doesn't automatically trigger a refund. To receive a refund, you must specifically request one through our support team within the eligible timeframe.
