1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Mailneo, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Mailneo provides an AI-powered email marketing platform that allows users to create, send, and track email campaigns. Our service includes features such as email automation, contact management, analytics, and AI-assisted content creation.

3. Email Account Connections

Mailneo allows you to connect email accounts from various providers, including Google Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Zoho Mail, and custom SMTP/IMAP servers. By connecting an email account:

• You authorize Mailneo to access and use your account data as described in our Privacy Policy
• You confirm you have the authority to grant such access and that doing so does not violate any third-party terms
• You understand that Mailneo will use these connections to send emails on your behalf, read incoming replies, and manage your inbox
• You may disconnect your email accounts at any time through the Email Accounts settings

OAuth Providers (Gmail, Outlook, Zoho): When you connect accounts via OAuth, you grant Mailneo permission to send emails, read and display replies, and manage email status. We handle all data in accordance with each provider's API policies:

• Google: Gmail API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements
• Microsoft: Microsoft Graph API terms of use
• Zoho: Zoho API terms of service

SMTP/IMAP Connections: When you provide SMTP/IMAP credentials, you confirm you are authorized to use those credentials and that Mailneo may use them to send and receive emails on your behalf.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Mailneo, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable anti-spam laws and regulations
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not transmit any malicious code or harmful content

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Mailneo to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk emails
• Harvest or collect email addresses without consent
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others

6. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Mailneo service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Mailneo and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mailneo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
