How to Add Your Signature

Gmail

  1. Open Gmail and click the gear icon in the top right.
  2. Click See all settings.
  3. Scroll down to the Signature section under the General tab.
  4. Click Create new and give it a name.
  5. Click inside the signature editor and press Ctrl+V (or Cmd+V on Mac) to paste your copied signature.
  6. Scroll down and click Save Changes.

Outlook

  1. Go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures.
  2. Click New and name your signature.
  3. Paste your signature into the editor box.
  4. Under Choose default signature, select it for new messages and replies.
  5. Click OK twice to save.

For Outlook on the web: Settings → View all Outlook settings → Mail → Compose and reply.

Apple Mail

  1. Open Mail and go to Mail → Settings (or Preferences on older macOS).
  2. Click the Signatures tab.
  3. Select your email account and click + to create a new signature.
  4. Paste your signature into the preview pane on the right.
  5. Make sure "Always match my default message font" is unchecked so the formatting stays intact.
  6. Close the window — Apple Mail saves automatically.
