The third-party services we rely on to run Mailneo, and what data they process
Mailneo, Inc. ("Mailneo") uses a small number of third-party subprocessors to provide its services. A subprocessor is a service provider that processes personal data on our behalf — for example, the cloud platform our database runs on. This page lists every subprocessor currently engaged, what it does for us, what personal data it processes, and where it processes that data. It supplements our Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy.
These providers process customer personal data as part of operating the Mailneo platform.
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Personal Data Processed | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS) | Cloud infrastructure: application hosting, database, file storage, job queues, and transactional email (account notifications) | All service data, including account information, contacts and subscribers, campaign content, engagement data, and uploaded files | United States (us-west-2, Oregon) |
| Vercel Inc. | Web application and marketing site hosting | Request metadata (IP address, headers), session cookies, and page content rendered for logged-in users | United States (global edge network) |
| Anthropic, PBC | AI assistant and AI writing features | Content you submit to AI features and data the AI assistant accesses on your instruction (e.g. campaign content, contact fields, inbox messages) | United States |
| Polar Software Inc. (Polar.sh) | Billing, subscription management, and payment processing | Account holder name, email address, plan and subscription details, and payment status | United States |
| Google LLC | Sign in with Google (authentication) and Google Analytics on our public marketing pages only | Login email and basic profile (OAuth); visitor analytics such as IP address, device, and page views (marketing site only — never inside the app) | United States |
Mailneo sends your campaigns through email accounts and providers that you connect with your own credentials. When you connect one of these services, your data flows to it under your own agreement with that provider — Mailneo does not engage them as subprocessors:
The same applies to data-source integrations you choose to connect to import contacts or events:
Before engaging a new subprocessor that will process customer personal data, we will update this page and give account owners at least 30 days' notice by email. If you object to a new subprocessor on reasonable data-protection grounds, you may terminate your subscription as described in our Data Processing Agreement.
For questions about our subprocessors or data protection practices, contact privacy@mailneo.co.
