BIMI Record Generator

Generate a BIMI DNS record to display your brand logo next to your emails in supported inboxes.

SVG Tiny PS requirements: Your logo must be in SVG Tiny Portable/Secure format — not a regular SVG. It should be square, at least 32x32 pixels, with a solid background (no transparency). The file must be served over HTTPS. Most standard SVG editors don't export this format natively, so you may need a specialized converter.

What is BIMI?

BIMI (Brand Indicators for Message Identification) is a DNS-based standard that lets you display your brand's logo directly in the recipient's inbox, right next to the subject line. Think of it as the verified checkmark of email — it gives recipients a strong visual signal that the message actually came from you and wasn't spoofed.

For BIMI to work, your domain needs to have DMARC configured with an enforcement policy (quarantine or reject). This is by design — BIMI is meant to reward domains that have already taken email authentication seriously. If your DMARC policy is set to "none," email providers won't display your BIMI logo regardless of whether the DNS record exists.

The setup involves two pieces: a DNS TXT record pointing to your logo file, and the logo itself hosted as an SVG Tiny PS file over HTTPS. Some providers (notably Gmail) also require a Verified Mark Certificate (VMC), which proves your logo is a registered trademark. While the VMC adds cost and complexity, the visibility and trust benefits can be significant — especially for brands that send high volumes of customer-facing email.
